When I first heard Donald Trump speak,

I wanted to slap him in the face.

Surely he is the most slappable President,

but I began to see, like the Pope said,

Trump is a mirror for all of our evil,

everything we hate about ourselves.

This is why we hear about Trump

twenty-four hours a day,

seven days a week,

because we look in the mirror with our vanity,

we can’t help ourselves.

If ever our own bubble burst, so would his.
